Delete your Invoia account

You can permanently delete your Invoia account and all data associated with it at any time, directly from the app or the web — no email or approval needed.

In the Invoia app (iOS / Android)

  1. Open the Home tab and tap the ⚙︎ settings icon.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

On the web (invoia.co)

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Danger zone and click Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. All of your data is removed: your profile and login, businesses, invoices and estimates, clients, products, expenses, and any uploaded files (logo, signature, stamp). Deleted data cannot be recovered, and no residual copies are kept beyond standard short-lived database backups, which expire automatically.

Can't access your account?

Email support@invoia.co from the address you registered with and we'll delete the account for you within 7 days.
