  • Account information: email address and password used to create your account.
  • Business information: business name, email, phone number, address, and tax number you provide in your profile.
  • Client data: client names, contact details, and addresses you enter to create invoices.
  • Invoice data: invoice details including line items, amounts, dates, and payment status.
  • Uploaded files: business logos, signatures, and stamps you upload to your profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide and operate the Invoia invoicing service.
  • Generate PDF invoices with your business and client details.
  • Display your business information on shared invoice links.
  • Authenticate your account and protect your data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored in secure cloud storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Shared Invoice Links

When you share an invoice via a public link, the following information is visible to anyone with the link: your business name, contact details, client name and details, and invoice line items and amounts. You are responsible for sharing invoice links only with intended recipients.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon account deletion, all your invoices, clients, profile information, and uploaded files are permanently removed.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information at any time via Settings.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.
  • Request information about what data we store about you.
