These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Invoia, an invoicing application and website (the "Service") operated by Invoia ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Invoia lets you create, customize, send, and track invoices, manage clients and products, generate PDF documents, and share invoices via links. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. The Service is intended for use by businesses and individuals for their own legitimate invoicing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
You retain all ownership of the data you create or upload, including your business details, client information, invoices, and files such as logos, signatures, and stamps ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Content and for having the right to use it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Invoia is a software tool and does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your invoices and your use of the Service comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including value-added tax (VAT), e-invoicing, and record-keeping requirements in your country or jurisdiction. We are not responsible for any non-compliance, penalties, or losses arising from your invoices.
The Service may be offered with both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions, where available, are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the terms and billing of those platforms, and any applicable refunds are handled according to their policies. We may change plan features and pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and the Invoia name and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may also modify or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at support@invoia.co.
